Who Genuinely controls this WORLD? God,Mankind,Nature, Mankind and Nature,Probability?

Another choice would be Satan, the bible describes him as the god of this age and the prince of the power of the air. Looking at events like Haiti should make it easier to believe in evil. People tend to think that God is bad when disaster occurs or on the other side some specific people group was judged for the behavior. But this is not what Jesus really taught, these things occur because mankind as a whole has rebelled against God and even crucified him. People don't see themselves as being individually responsible for the Crucifixion but we are seen as being responsible by God. The question of pain and tragedy is a difficult one and it is hard to sometimes not really question God. We as humans need to see however our own role in making the earth what it is and our lives what they are. When God was on earth, people hated him and crucified him. So he choose as he has before to withdraw and let man and his god - satan have control of the earth and suffer the consequences. This wouldn't mean that God is totally out of the picture just that he lets us have our way.
