How do your breed yabbys or crayfish and how do you breed fighitng fish or betta?

how do you breed yabbys or cray fish i have had them for a few months abd they dont even breed im they are male and female they wont breed. and how do you breed betta or fighting fish i done it a couple of years ago and money is no problem so dont say your need a lot of money
