What are factors that affect both the fundamental frequency and the range of harmonics in an air column?

The most significant factor is the length of the tube, then the density of the air - really the speed of sound in THAT air - and finally, the diameter of the tube, which also has a small effect on the resonant frequency. Oh, it also depends on whether the tube is open at one, or two, or zero ends.
