Batman on Smallville?

It is rather unlikely to happen due to the "Bat embargo" that was established around the time that Batman Begins was in production. With the Justice League cartoons, The Batman cartoon, and the movie, too much batman stuff was going on. While I won't say that the concept is completely impossible, I wont elect to spread false hope. With a lot of the Batman stuff stopped, and the constant apperance of other DC superheroes, the latest being the Martian Manhunter, it may only be a matter of time for Bruce to pop up.
