How long will molester be in prison?

A man who lives on my block is charged with 3 counts of molesting an 11 year old girl. The girls mom told me this only happened one time (thankfully) and the molester was arrested the same day he touched her daughter. I want to know how many years he will go to prison for because i am sure he will be back living across the street from me after he completes his sentence. i dont have any kids of my own, but i still don't want to live near him.
