Tent with functional windows when rain fly is up?

I have a Big Agnes Big House 6 (sleeps two adults, two small children, and a medium sized dog comfortably) that has a lot of windows. They're not the type that you zip open and closed though. The way the tent is designed there is a lot of mesh and great cross ventilation. I live in the hot, humid south and so far it has rained every time we've used the tent.
