How do i be honest with my mom and talk her into letting me keep bull ridin?

so a few days back my momma told me that if i got hurt on another bull again that i couldn't ride no more. well its my pion and i cant stop. but yesterday at a rodeo, the bull i drew threw me at about 6 secs. my head hit the metal paneland i was down for a while. the staff came and helped me out of the arena. when my mom asked me if i was gonna be ok i lied and said yea, b=cause i dont wanna quite ridin bulls. everytime i move my head pounds and throbs. its so sore to even lay on my pillow. i been so exhausted and dizzy since. should i tell my mom, and risk lettin go of rodeo, or should i just tough it out and deal with it
