Can I outgrow my peanut and rye allergy?

I've been severly allergic to peanuts and rye since I was two and now I'm 13. So severe sometimes if I smell too much of it or someone who touched peanuts or rye touches me I can get a reaction. Is there any possible way I could outgrow it?
