Wrinkles around the side of my mouth?

I'm 19 years old and I can see these lines around my mouth, more pronounced on one side. They really come out in specific lighting and it makes me look old and I don't know what's causing this. It feels kind of bumpy like it doesn't seem like a line deeply imprinted in my face so maybe it's an allergic reaction? There is also a bit of discoloration around this area it seems as my cheeks are red but area where the lines are are white. I've had this for a couple of years now and it's been getting worse over time. What could I do to possibly make this go away? Please don't recommend me a doctor. Thanks.
