Why does William Shakespeare's ghost keep appearing outside Rory Emerald's bedroom window?

I don't know who Rory Emerald is. If she's in England near Avon or the Globe Theater, those were his "haunts". If she is in the US, then she is probably just imagining that it's Willy Shakes...I am a firm believer in the supernatural, so I am not discounting you or this Rory person. Just remember they only go to places that they were drawn to in real life, or people they were connected to...find out if she's a relative or something...i don't know,
