What do we do about North Korea?

Seriously, I've been brainstorming this now for dayssss and its all mucky. What the hell is the solution with this country?! They don't seem to be willing to comply with UN mandates and are threatening, but I think that they're full of it and trying to jockey for power. Only problem is that they are working on nukes and THAT is NOT an optimistic thing. So what are your thoughts on the situation and what is the solution?
